The Netherlands Patent Office grants patents for the Netherlands, Curaçao, and Sint Maarten. We register granted patents in the Dutch Patent Register. Besides this, we provide information about patents and intellectual property. We are part of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy and fall under the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl).

Benelux Patent Platform (BPP) portal
The BPP portal contains the following services for patents in the Netherlands:
Online Filing - submit documents electronically to the Netherlands Patent Office.
MyPage - digital access to the files of your applications and patents at the Netherlands Patent Office.
The Netherlands patent register - a public register in which you can find information about patents that are (have been) in force in the Netherlands.
